THE ADULT STUDENT CREED
I dedicate myself to constant and never-ending improvement,
I develop courage, and master self-discipline,
I pledge loyalty and support to family, friends, fellow students and instructors,
I will share what I have learned with others, lead by example
and become a role model in the community.
THE JUNIOR STUDENT CREED
I will respect my parents, teachers and instructors,
I will respect other people's property,
I will say no to drugs, alcohol and smoking,
I will concentrate and use self control in my lessons,
Because Martial Arts makes me a better person.
